International Medical Graduate Induction
This supplementary induction session is designed to support International Medical Graduates (IMGs) transition into the Trust from an overseas healthcare system. We welcome any IMG at the Trust who feel they would benefit from the session - regardless of how long you have been working in the UK.

About the Event
During this session we provide an introduction to PGMC and what we can do as a team to support you as an IMG. The session is very interactive and is led by the needs of those who attend so please come along with any questions you might have.
Where they are available, Dr Ibreez Ajaz and Dr Ibrahim Ivan, IMT trainees currently working in the Trust , lead the sessions. As IMGs themselves and founders of the Road to UK website and Youtube channel designed to support IMGs in the UK, they have a wealth of knowledge and experience about the IMG journey.

- Multidisplinary teams.
- A Patients Journey
- What to Carry on the Ward
- Prioritising Tasks
- Communication and team working
