What is Leadership? (Historical context, understanding leadership principles more broadly)
Understanding myself as a Clinical Leader (taking the underlying principles and translating this into a personal understanding, and practical implementation).
Clinical Leadership in the context of a changing NHS (LH hopefully leading this session- which will look at how clinical leadership sits within NHS practise). Understanding IQ, EQ and PQ.
