Resident Doctors Wellbeing Event

Good evidence shows that engaging in creative activities, spending time outdoors and connecting with others in person all support wellbeing. This activity is open to all service lines and training grades, promoting connection across groups and strengthening opportunities for peer support.

We are excited to offer the following for our Resident Doctors.

• 1 hour at the Motts sauna, Menheniot which will include whisks, salt scrubs along and use of a wood fired hot tub

• Soup, bread and cheese with fruit, a sweet treat and herb tea

• 2½ hour mindful workshop

• Use of the Yurt
