World Café Event

This past year has been isolating for many of us and this is particularly true for those whose families live outside of the UK. Therefore, we are very excited to invite international medical graduates* to join us for the first ever World Café evening hosted by PGMC! We hope this event will allow you to unwind, socialise and enjoy some delicious food  with your colleagues. 

*Whilst this event is aimed at IMGs, this is also open to trainees who have faced significant social isolation over the course of the pandemic. 

For this first event we have opted for a Mediterranean theme and it will be completely free for attendees who register. 

Menu: 

Chicken Cacciatore (GF)

Italian hunters chicken stew. Cooked with tomatoes, prosciutto, carrots, mushrooms, sage, rosemary & parsley.

Spanakopita (V)

Greek filo pie, filled with spinach, feta cheese, dill, parsley, onion & garlic.

(Allergens: Milk, Gluten, Egg)

Provencal baked vegetables (V, VG, GF)

Courgettes, aubergine, peppers, red onions, new potatoes baked with Herbes de Provence.

(Allergens: N/A)

Panzanella (V, VG)

Tuscan mixed tomato salad, with torn ciabatta, basil, capers, black olives drizzled with olive oil & red wine vinegar dressing.

(Allergens: Gluten, sulphate)

Green Salad

Please sign up here ASAP to secure your spot! Registration will close on the 21st June and places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your place promptly so that we can offer a space to an individual on the waiting list.
